I’m Joe. I know what it is like to be responsible for a company and still have plenty of questions about how to lead it.
After earning three degrees in mechanical engineering at MIT and working in engineering, academia, and government, I founded and ran GENEVA Group. Over more than three decades, I navigated changing markets, shifts in technology, and the difficult decisions that come with keeping a business moving forward.
After selling the business operations, I advised early-stage companies at Greentown Labs and continued developing my coaching practice. Today, as an ICF Professional Certified Coach, I bring extensive business experience to conversations with executives who want to keep growing and become more effective leaders.
